Taylor Cook, on behalf of HCRK LLC, has submitted a proposed 5 lot subdivision located in the Victor Area of Impact. The parcel is zoned AOI 2.5 and the proposed lot sizes all average 8 acres or more. There is a fire pond located on the southern border of the parcel that we intend to use for fire suppression and properly permit if required as part of this application.

Teton County is considering an ordinance amending the Land Development Code to adopt a process and regulations for designating Agricultural Protection Areas, addressing new requirements in Idaho Statutes Title 67-97.

Amber Round, Stillwater Design, on behalf of Nathan Godfrey, Good Timber Ranch LLC, is proposing to encroach on the Big Spring Creek setbacks to build a residence. The parcel is 8.63 acres, zoning is FH-10, Foothills 10-acre avg. density and is located at Good Timber Ranch Rd, off of S 1000 W. Overlays include Big Game Migration Corridors and Seasonal Range, Hillside, Bear Conflict and Wildfire Hazard

The Darby Meadows Ranch consists of two parcels (RP04N45E106000 and RP04N45E152400) and is located west of HWY 33 along W 3000 S and Darby Creek (Figure 1 and 2). Jurisdictional wetlands were delineated on the parcels in the fall of 2024 and much of the property was found to meet U.S. Army Corps of Engineers wetland criteria. The landowner would like to cross the northern parcel with a driveway and develop a residence on the southern parcel.
